The Crowd

*The viscous fighting continued. Then Thornstar spotted Everlight, and yowled. The whole clearing went silent. Dreamstar stepped out of the crowd, her pelt matted and blood stained. LakeClan cats gathered around Dreamstar, and BlackClan cats crowded around Thornstar. Dreamstar and Thornstar faced each other,  on opposite sides of the clearing. Thornstar snarled.*

I will leave your clan alone, for now, on one condition.

*Dreamstar narrowed her eyes and snarled. Thornstar takes a step forward.*

Just let me kill Everlight. She must die, she is too powerful.

*Thornstar said it simply enough, but a snarl ripped through Dreamstar.*

No! She is our warrior!

*Thornstar rolled his eyes.*

You don't even care about her!

*Dreamstar bared her teeth.*

I don't care. She is still family! I will not let you-

*Everlight yowled, and stepped out of the crowd.*

Fine, Thornstar. If you want to kill me. Kill me. Just don't hurt my clan. My family.

*Everlight dips her head, and closes her eyes, waiting to be let out of the world. I don't want to see my clan die... Thornstar smiles happily.*

This is going to be easy enough then!

*Thornstar races forward, his long claws glinting in the sun. Dreamstar's just stares in shock. No... Everlight.... Thornstar raises his paw, and brings it down to strike Everlight's exposed neck. Then, there is a flash of white. Thornstar leaps back, thinking he had killed Everlight. Everlight hears a yowl of pain, but not her own....*

:~~Everlight:

*Bluegaze hears Everlight talking to Thornstar. No! She knows she can't do this! Then, he hears Thornstar snarl happily, and rush forward. Then, the blackness is gone. He sees Thornstar rushing towards Everlight, claws ready. Everlight had her neck exposed, and all this was happening in a matter of seconds. Bluegaze rushes forward, intercepting Thornstar....*

:~~Bluegaze:

*Gasps ripple through the clan. Everlight's eye fly open at the yowl. She looks in front of her, and sees Bluegaze, his life bleeding out of him. Everlight's heart nearly stopped. No... No... Not Bluegaze.... Not him... Everlight yowls in pain, as if she was the one dying. Everlight lunges forward and falls to the ground, then, she's next to him, grooming his fur. She's whispering to him. Not caring if other's can hear.*

Buegaze... no... no... you can't die... please... I'm expecting your kits... please don't die...

*Everlight's voice is cracking with sorrow. The two clans just watch. BriarClan was leaving the camp, some looking back to see Bluegaze dying. Thornstar just smirks.*

Oh well. One down, one to go.

*Thornstar jerks his head.*

We'll be back. Let's go BlackClan. Adderspark, I need to talk to you come on.

*BlackClan cats start to leave, knowing they had won. Thornstar waits a few seconds, then snarls.*

Adderspark!

*he searches the crowd of BlackClan cats, and notices that Adderspark is not with them. His ears flatten against his head as he scans the LakeClan cats. Then, he roars in anger. he has spotted Adderspark, sitting beside three LakeClan apprentices. Adderspark stares head on with Thornstar.*

Adderspark... let's go...

*Thornstar's patience was ebbing away. Adderspark growled.*

No. You stole me. You made me forget my memory. Now I am back to where I truly belong, with those I love.

*Thornstar's snarls, and lunges at Adderspark, only to be stopped by Rippleblaze and Dreamstar. They drive him towards the entrance.*

Adderspark! I swear on the Dark Forest that someday, I will kill you!

*Dreamstar yowls, and chases him away. She comes back in, and sees that Nestflame is tyring to save Bluegaze's life. Dreamstar walks up to Everlight, and whispers.*

Everlight... is it true?

*Everlight ignores Dreamstar, and continues to groom Bluegaze's pelt. Dreamstar sighed, and padded away, taking that as a yes. Then, she sees the cat who Thornstar had called Adderspark. She pads up to him.*

Adderspark, are you Birchkit?

*Adderspark gives a sullen nod.*

I was stolen, as you know. Then, I lost my memory in a fight... I-i killed cats, thinking that's how I should be. Then, I was made deputy...

*Dreamstar sighed, then Adderspark's eyes widen.*

I-i killed a LakeClan kit...

*His eyes fill with sorrow, but Dreamstar rests her tail on his shoulder.*

It is not your fault Adderspark, you did not know your true self. Now. I have a ceremony to do.

*Dreamstar leaped up onto the LakeRock, and for the first time noticed the dead cats. Moonpetal, Rainwind, Runningdusk. Petalbrook had also died giving birth to a small kit she had named Silverkit. And Bluegaze had slim chances of living, but Netsflame would do everything he could to save the blind warrior, who had saved Everlight's, his mates, life. Dreamstar sighed.*

Cats of LakeClan! There have been a few deaths, as you can see! Rainwind, Moonpetal, and Runningdusk died fighting bravely for their clan! Petalbrook also died giving birth to her kit Silverkit! Jayflight shall help Nestflame with all of our hurt warriors for now! Also, Mark-kit has discovered a secret den connecting to the Medicine Cat den! We used it to protect ourselves, and will from now on! Whenever we have a battle, I want all queens, kits, and elders to go in there! We can also use it for other stuff! One last thing. Birchkit the young kit who was taken moons ago, is back! He was stolen by BlackClan, and then lost his memory! Thornstar made up a story, which Birchkit, now Adderspark would have to believe! Now, I would like to welcome him into the clan again! He was the deputy of BlackClan, and has learned far more then even our oldest apprentices know! He is only 7/8 moons old. Now, I shall change his name!

*Dreamstar signals for Adderspark to step forward.*

Spirits of StarClan, you know every cat by name! I ask you to take away the name from the cat you see before you, for it no longer stands for what he is! By my authority as Clan leader, and with the approval or our warrior ancestors, I give this cat a new name. From this moment Adderspark shall be known as Birchstorm for your loyalty!

*Dreamstar rests her head on Birchstorm's shoulder, and he respectively licks her shoulder back. Dreamstar steps back.*

Birchstorm is the youngest warrior in all of LakeClan history! We congratulate him, and hope he will teach us the techniques he learned in his time with BlackClan!

*Dreamstar nods to Birchstorm*

Now, as regular, you must sit a vigil. That is all clan!

*Dreamstar is about to leap down, when Nestflame comes over to her. He whispers to her, and she quickly announces.*

Also, I am very sad to announce, but Silvereagle has broken his back, which means he can't feel, or move, the lower half of his body ever again! We shall help him the best we can, and hope he can still be healthy!

 *Dreamstar nods, and leaps down from the LakeRock. Dreamstar then pads around her clanmates, making sure everyone is okay. Finchpaw smiles at Birchstorm, but she was a little jealous. He's already a warrior, at 7 moons! Sparrowpaw nods to his brother.*

*Shadows seeped across the forest floor. It was broad daylight, but the forest was dark. The shadows growled and hissed at eachother, then continued on their way to the LakeClan camp...*

:~~Shadows:

*Dreamstar sat on the LakeRock, watching her clan while sunning herself. She remembered the night before. Had she really killed Ravenstar? It seemed like he wanted to kill her... she was defending herself... Dreamstar huffed, and licked her paw, and brought it over her face. Mark-kit was doing well, and Everlight was perfectly fine now. The day was beautiful. Dreamstar closed her eyes, and sighed happily. When she opened her eyes, she saw long shadows slinking around the walls of the camp. her eyes widened, whens he saw some of the shadows slide into the camp. Dreamstar yowled.*

WE ARE BEING ATTACKED! EVERYONE, FIGHT! BRING THE KITS AND ELDERS TO THE MEDICINE CAT DEN! ATTACK!

*Dreamstar leaped down from the LakeRock, and lunged at one of the shadows. She pulled it out of the cover of the shadows, and snarled in the cats face. She clawed the cats face until the cat yowled, and ran away. Her nose filled with the stench of BlackClan. Dreamstar snarled.*

:~~Dreamstar:

*Mark-kit cowered at the back of the Medicine cat den. He kicked a small stone by accident, and suddenly, a wall of rocks showered on him. he yowled, and spun around to see a large cavern where the rocks had just fallen. A secret room! mark-kit saw queens carrying their kits into the medicine cat's den. Elders started to run in, frightened by the battle. It was getting tight. He then saw Nestflame, preparing herbs. He ran over to him.*

Nestflame! I found a secret room, look!

*Nestflame looked over his entrance, to see a small entrance. he padded over, and looked in. The secret room was MUCH bigger then the actual medicine cat den! Netsflame's eyes brightened, and he yowled at the queens, kits, and elders.*

EVERYONE! COME INTO THIS SECRET ROOM HERE! WE'LL BLOCK IT UP AGAIN!

*The cats in the den ruched into the room. Mark-kit scrambled in, and he saw Jayflight run in with herbs too. Nestflame would stay out there. Then, it was closed...*

May Gathering!

*Dreamstar leaped up onto the LakeRock, and called the clan together. her eyes were still full or worry for Mark-kit, who had been attacked by a BlackClan cat.*

*Dreamstar dipped her head, and padded out of the camp.*

The Border

*Fallownose padded out of camp to stretch her legs. She yawned, and looked around. First Cloudykit had gone missing, and now Shadykit was too. She didn't dare believe either one was dead.. There had been no sigh of Cloudykit's body, so maybe that was good. Then, a strong scent of blood hit her nose. She ran to the smell, and saw Shadykit's small body. He reeked of BlackClan, but no BlackClan cats were in sight. Fallownose wailed softly, and picked up her still kit. She carried him back to LakeClan.

When Fallownose laid Shadykit in front of Dreamstar, she snarled.*

Don't worry Fallownose. We shall avenge him. As all the other cats. Don't worry. We shall mourn for his young soul.

*Fallownose shook with grief, but nodded. She put Shadykit's small body in the center of the camp, and went to tell Fallenkit and Tumblekit.*

:~~Fallownose:

*Mark-kit wandered around the territory. he knew where Wake was, but he wanted to explore. He sniffed the air, and growled in disgust. The scent was revolting, and he recognized it right away from stories he had heard. BlackClan. I must be near their border... Mark-kit looked around. Then, there was a snarl, and a black shape flew out of the shadows. mark-kit tried to yowl, but he was cut of by claws peircing his pelt. Then, as sudden as it had happened, the shadow was gone, and Mark-kit was left dying on the forest floor.*

:~~Mark-kit:

*Jayflight padded around the BlackClan border, gathering precious herbs that only grew there. He picked some Coltsfoot, only to realize it was stained with blood. He lifted his gaze slowly, to see a small kit, broken on the ground. he gasped. The kit's usually silver fur, was red. Jayflight dropped the herbs he was carrying, and gently picked up Mark-kit by the scruff. Immediatly, his nose was filled with the stench of BlackClan. he coughed and sputtered, then ran full speed back to camp.

Jayflight ran into camp, to see Nestpaw speaking with Finchpaw. Jayflight ran up to Nestpaw, and gently laid Mark-kit down. Nestpaw's eyes widened.*

Nestpaw. Save Mark-kit's life. This is your patient, your challenge. I will not help him in anyway. it is up to you to save his life. Go.

*Nestpaw shook his head.*

But... what if I can't?

*Jaylight sighed.*

Don't doubt yourself. Just. Save. His. Life. Now!

*Nestpaw grimaced, but gently took Mark-kit to the medicine cat den. Jayflight looked up at the sky. The sun was just starting to go down. Jayflight nodded, then followed Nestpaw in, and watched at a difference. Nestpaw had already gathered a whole bunch of herbs, and had them set out before him. He was busily applying herbs, and murmuring to himself. Jayflight nodded every now and then, but Nestpaw didn't notice. he was too busy with Mark-kit.

Finally, when Mark-kit's body reeked of herbs, Nestpaw stepped back.*

I-i think he should live.

*Jayflight sighed.*

It is either, he lives, or dies. If you think he will live? then what are the chances of him dying?

*Nestpaw nodded.*

He is in the paws of StarClan now. But I did my best. I believe he will live.

*Jayflight smiled, and looked outside the den to see the sun starting to rise. Nestpaw had worked all night at Mark-kit.*

Good. We better get going if we want to make it in time. C'mon.

*Nestpaw looked confused.*

Go where? We can't leave mark-kit!

*jayflight sighed.*

Mark-kit has other cats to look after him. We need to leave now if we want to make it to the MoonCave in time.

*Nestpaw looked startled.*

But we were just there! Why would we go-

*His eyes widened.*

R-really!?

*Jayflight laughed and smiled*

Yes. Let's go.

*Nestpaw smiled. He looked back at mark-kit one last time, his gaze full of worry, before following Jayflight out...*

*Jayflight stood in front of the MoonCave. He padded in, and padded up the large rock. He leaped over the stream, and sat down so he would be facing Nestpaw. He watched Nestpaw look closely into the stream at the entrance, before carefully picking up a MoonPebble. Nestpaw trudged up the rock. He was weary from a night of no sleep. He placed the MoonPebble in the stream, and sat in front of Jayflight. Jayflight smiled.*

Welcome Nestpaw.

I, Jayflight, temporary medicine cat of LakeClan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. He has trained hard to understand the ways of a medicine cat, and with your help he will serve his clan for many moons to come. Nestpaw, do you promise to uphold the ways of a medicine cat, to stand apart from rivalry between clans, and to protect all cats equally, even at the cost of your own life?

*Nestpaw smiled.*

I do!

*Jayflight purred.*

Then by the powers of StarClan, I give your your true name as a medicine cat! Nestpaw, from this moment you will be known as Nestflame. StarClan honours your determined heart, and your vast knowledge, and we welcome you as a full medicine cat of LakeClan!


*jayflight rests his head on Nestflame's, and Nestflame licked Jayflight's shoulder respectfully.*

Congratulations Nestflame. Now you may speak with StarClan. Though, it may be quick since we were just here.

*Jayflight purred.*

And I wish Rosepaw was here too.

*Jayflight settled down, and watched as Nestflame slept. A little while later, Nestflame woke up.*

StarClan congratulated me. But didn't tell me anything new.

*he smiled.*

*Nestflame stood up, then stopped.*

Wait, Jayflight... what about you?

*Jayflight smiled halfheartedly.*

I have no need to be a temporary medicine cat anymore. We have you now. You know so much. I shall go back to warrior duties. But I still will help out. I just have to do everything else now too... if you ever need me, just come get me.

*Jayflight smiled, and then padded back to camp together...*

*Thornstar padded to the middle of the camp, and yowled.*

Boulderflame, was also a traitor! But I quickly killed him! Though, Icycurrent and Rosepaw escaped. We shall make sure they won't make it to LakeClan! Now, Rosepaw told us some valuable information. We shall attack LakeClan soon! Also, Brambletalon is my new deputy, but I shall make a new one soon. Now, we shall have a new warrior! Adderpaw, you have proved highly of yourself, and is one of our strongest warriors! I now name you Adderspark! Adderspark, you shall be my new deputy.

*Murmurs spread through the clan, and cats growled. They trusted Brambletalon more, but Boulderflame hurt him. he wasn't as strong any more, because he was limping.*

Adderspark, do good. My past two deputies have been horrible. If you betray me, trust me that I will hunt you down, and kill you, very, very slowly.

*Thornstar snarled.*

Also, Flaringpaw shall be Flaringsun. That is all.

*Thornstar padded away.*

And Adderspark, organize some patrols to patrol the border for any signs of Icycurrent and Rosepaw. Fireypaw, since Brambletalon is hurt, and may never recover-

*Brambletalon snarled.*

Half Moon Tonight

*Dreamstar leaped up onto the LakeRock, and called the clan together.*

Tonight is the half moon! Jayflight, and.... and Nestpaw shall go to the MoonCave! Nestpaw has done very well, but will not yet receive his full name! Jayflight, Nestpaw, go. Try to find Rosepaw if she is there. Oh, and ask for two cats named Tallmorning, and Dashpuddle. Ask them about BlackClan, if we should attack again. And...

*Dreamstar's eyes flashed to Bluegaze and Everlight.*

Bluegaze and Everlight.

*Everlight let a snarl loose. Her fur was bristling. I don't need to be asked about! Dreamstar snarled back at Everlight.*

Quiet! You have secrets beyond measure! You are keeping something from us. Don't think just because you saved the camp from getting destroyed, you're off the hook!

*Everlight leaped up, ready to challenge Dreamstar.*

Oh yea? Well maybe you aren't capable of handling the truth!

*Everlight sneered. Dreamstar narrowed her eyes, trying to control her anger, then she was cut off by
Everlight*

You can't handle the truth! It would ruin you! ALL OF YOU! All of you can't handle the truth I know about!

*Everlight challenged the crowd. Gloating. Dreamstar couldn't stand it any longer. She snarled, and leaped off the LakeRock. She landed beside Everlight, and swept her paws quickly underneath Everlight, making her fall. Everlight yowled in surprise at the sudden attack. Then, she grew angry. She snarled and rolled over, twisting in time to avoid Dreamstar. She leaped up, and growled at Dreamstar. her head low, and teeth bared. The clan watched in amazement. They knew Dreamstar was annoyed with Everlight. They knew it would have happened someday. Dreamstar leaped at Everlight, but she was too quick. She leaped to the side, and slammed her paw against Dreamstar's side. Dreamstar tumbled partly into the small stream running through the camp. Dreamstar growled in annoyance. She stepped out of the stream, her lower body dripping with water. Everlight smirked. Dreamstar narrowed her eyes, and leaped once more. She leapt to the side at the last second, intercepting Everlight.  She stood over Everlight. She stood up and snarled. it had been a tie. They stared eye to eye at each other, though Everlight had to look up. Dreamstar was the largest cat in the clan. Her size was formidable. She towered over almost all cats she met. Dreamstar flicked her tail impatiently, and padded away from the warrior. Her eyes shot to Jayflight, telling him to go, now. Jayflight nodded, and went to get Nestpaw. Everlight watching Dreamstar until she padded into her den, and disappeared. Everlight grumbled angrily, and gave her chest fur a quick lick. She saw Bluegaze watching her. She growled. He thinks I did something wrong! Dreamstar has no right to accuse us! Everlight gave a halfhearted growl at him as she walked by to the Warriors Den.*

Welcomed

*Coastpebble sighed in relief. She flicked her tail towards the entrance.*

Let's go in...

*She looked ta Prairiefall, and he nodded, totally oblivious of Storm's presence. They padded through the narrow entrance, with Storm grumbling. The first thing Coastpebble saw as she walked in, was Dreamstar and another tom grooming each other under the LakeRock. There many, many cats. Coastpebble saw Dreamstar's eyes flick up, and widen.*

:~~Coastpebble:

*Dreamstar stared at the three cats that just came in the entrance, but focused on two in particular. She looked up and down a brown and silver tabby she-cat. Her eyes were wide and amber. Dreamstar looked at the tom. He was a sleek silver tabby. She slowly stood up.*

Coastpebble.... Prairiefall.... you're.... you're back!

*Dreamstar took a step forward, and Coastpebble and Prairiefall dipped their head to their leader.*

:~~Dreamstar:

*Prairiefall's eyes glittered. He hadn't seen Dreamstar in so long, and now he was back with his clan. Though, most of the cats he didn't recognize or know, he was happy. He searched the crowd for Soaringheart, but couldn't see him. Then he growled at one face. Eagleheart. He scowled at her, then looked at Dreamstar again.*

Dreamstar.... you look wonderful.

*Dreamstar smiled, then looked over her shoulder at Rippleblaze.*

This.... this is my mate. Rippleblaze. Then our son, Fellwave. And some of the newest members, Rainingkit, Fleck-kit and Mark-kit. Mine and Rippleblaze's kits....

*Prairiefall flinched at Fleck-kit's name, for he had most likely been named after fleckwater. Prairiefall nodded though.*

What happened to Soaringheart? And why is she here.

*Prairefall stuck his nose in the direction of Eagleheart is disgust. dreamstar sighed.*

Soaringheart... we don't know what happened to him. He left. That's all I know. And my friend is here, because she has rejoined. She has admitted she was wrong. She is truly sorry. She is proving herself by being loyal. Who's that?

*Dreamstar looked at the tom behind Coastpebble.*

:~~Dreamstar:

*Coastpebble's belly wrenched at the mention on Storm. Why did she feel this way? Her belly felt heavier, and heavier as she explained about Storm. She felt small, and embarrassed, but talked about him until she finished with the last part of his story. Dreamstar nodded.*

Do you wish to re-join the clan?

*Coastpebble looked at Prairiefall, his eyes shining. Coastpebble nodded.*

it would be our honour Dreamstar.

*Coastpebble dipped her head. Dreamstar then looked to Storm.*

Do you, Storm, wish to join also?

*Storm faltered a bit, and looked taken aback at the offer. He thought for a moment, then slowly nodded his head.*

Why not. I have no where else to go.... but may I also... receive a warrior name? I would feel like I fit in better if I had one...

*Dreamstar smiled, and nodded. Coastpebble watched as dreamstar leaped onto the LakeRock.*

All cats old enough to catch their own prey please gather here beneath the LakeRock for a meeting!

*Coastpebble shuddered excitedly at the familiar words. She padded forward. She knew Dreamstar would welcome them back, so she padded to the front of the gathering crowd.*

Many of you may not remember Prairiefall and Coastpebble, but they used to be in LakeClan! Then, when BlackClan first attacked, the clan ran. Many never made their way back, and we hope they are safe. But finally, Coastpebble and Prairiefall are back! I wish to welcome them back into our clan!, As many of you know, Eagleheart had no idea what she would cause by attacking us, and she is very sorry. Now, Coastpebble and Prairiefall also brought along a friend, Storm. He wishes to join, and get a warrior name. Since he is old enough to be a warrior, that is what he shall be! He has been told of StarClan, and he believes in our beliefs. Let StarClan accept him!

Spirits of StarClan, you know every cat by name. I ask you now to take away the name from the cat you see before you, for it no longer stands for what he is. By my authority as clan leader, and with the approval of our warrior ancestors, I give this cat a new name. From this moment on he will be known as Stormbreak, for he has accepted the duties of clan life!

*Dreamstar jumped off the rock, and rested her chin on Stormbreak's shoulder. Stormbreak thought for a moment, trying to remember what Coastpebble told him about clan life. Then he quickly licked Dreamstar's shoulder. Dreamstar stepped back.*

The Coming

**First, before I start this post, I want to alarm all cats in my 7-cat-prophecy! The prophecy SHALL be deleted! BUT, I am gonna make a new one, but with the same cats. This prophecy sort of..... went no where. :/ So just telling ya. But it probably won't be until after the second battle with LakeClan. Which will be when Birchkit, who was taken by BlackClan is a warrior in BlackClan! So.... I'm hoping around the end of June. :) So be ready! I have a GREAT prophecy/poem person to help me out, and I think she knows who she is. *winks* So, well, that is all! Now to the POST!**

*Prairiefall growled and clawed a fern that flung back into his face. He was getting annoyed. They had thought they were close to LakeClan, and they were. But they kept on going in circles! He needed to see more cats. To know he wasn't alone. Ya, he had Coastpebble, and the newcomer, Storm. But they weren't the same. He needed to feel like he had a job again: he needed to feel wanted. He could smell LakeClan on the wind. This made him more frustrated. It was like they were taunting him! Prairiefall clawed at the ground, and snarled, then stopped when he felt a tail touch his shoulder. he looked up to see Coastpebble standing over him, with Storm close to her side. He snarled at Storm. Coastpebble and Storm had taken an immediate interest with each other, and stuck to each others side. Coastpebble rarely, if ever, was by his side. He felt like an outcast! He unsheathed his claws, and lunged at Storm, only to be stopped by Coastpebble. A pleading look in her eyes. She whispered into his ear.*

We're almost there. I can feel it!

*Prairiefall growled, and shot one last loathing look at Storm, before stomping off into the undergrowth.*

:~~Prairiefall:

*Coastpebble watched Prairiefall leave with sad eyes. She felt a pelt brush hers, and she flinched slightly, only to see Storm. he looked down at her, his eyes sad, but filled with anger too. She remembered when they had found Storm: skinny, bruised, scared. Now he was healthy, and happy, again. He had talked about how his mother had died giving birth to her second little of kits. Then, he had been chased away by foxes. He hadn't known what had happened to his father and sister. But he was content now. She remembered when she first saw Storm. She was drawn to him. They had instantly bonded, but Prairiefall was mad, or upset. This upsetted her, which upsetted Storm. Coastpebble side, and felt the reassuring touch of Storm's tail on her back. She spoke quickly, and leaped forward.*

Uhh.... we should go after him! i think he's headed in the right direction, come on!

*Coastpebble looked at Storm to see his face crestfallen. She quickly looked away.*

C-come on...

*She took a few steps forward and waited, ignoring the wait she felt in her stomach.*

:~~Coastpebble:

*Storm sighed and followed Coastpebble. They soon caught up to Prairiefall, and caught a stronger scent of cats. He sniffed the air again, and smelled a familiar scent, but it was quickly washed away by the warm air filled with LakeClan scent. He tried to talk to Coastpebble again, but every time he tried to, she made some excuse.*

C-coastpebble? Can we talk?

*Coastpebble stiffened and shook her head*

We're almost there! I wanna get there before it get's dark!

*Coastpebble looked to the sky. The sun was still high in the sky, though it was past Sun-High. The scent was stronger then ever, and her knew they would be there before dusk. Storm grumbled and padded after her. As they padded on, he soon heard excited whispers from Prairiefall. Then, he stiffened, his tail twitching with excitement. Coastpebble was doing the same, sniffing along the ground. Prairiefall yowled, and bolted forward, with Coastpebble close on his heels. Storm watched them bolt with widened eyes, then quickly took off after them, though he only saw fleeting images of there tails as they kept distance from him. He almost bowled into them as they skidded to a halt in front of a large thorn bush. There was a small gap in the center, and he soon realized that there were brambles and thorns looped all over the place, forming a barrier. And in the center....*

This is it.... we finally made it....

*Prairiefall and Coastpebble both spoke in unison. Their voices filled with awe and astonishment.*

:~~Storm:

HeatClan-The New Sandclan

*Dreamstar padded to the LakeRock, she leaped up onto it.*

All cats old enough to catch their own prey, please gather here beneath LakeRock for a clan meeting!

*The clan came out of dens, and gathered around.*

As you all may have noticed, Froststar has come for our help! They came many moons ago, because two-legs were destroying their territory! But now, in their new territory, that is happening again. They sought us out for help. We shall help them find a new territory, but for now, Froststar's remaining clan may stay here. They shall help us with patrols and hunting, and we shall help them find a new territory! Also, shortly after Froststar came, she had kits. They are welcome to stay until the kits are strong enough to travel.

That is all!

*Dreamstar leaped off of the LakeRock, and swatted playfully at Fleck-kit who was chasing her tail. She grabbed his scruff, and moved him away from her, before she went to talk to her old friend, Froststar.*

A New Warrior, A Few Apprentices

I, Dreamstar, leader of LakeClan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down upon these apprentices. They have trained hard to learn the ways of you noble code, and I give
them to you as warriors in turn.

Cloverpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and protect and defend your clan even at the cost of your life? [ says I do]
Then by the powers of StarClan I grant you your warrior names!

Cloverpaw, from this moment you shall be known as Cloversplash! StarClan honors your intelligence!

By naming apprentices we show that LakeClan will survive and remain strong. Clearkit, Runningkit, Spiritkit, Windkit, Spiderkit, Thornkit, Moonkit and Featherkit, until you have received you warrior names, you will be known as Silentpaw, Fallenpaw and Wildpaw!
