Thoughts
Bluegaze padded sullenly beside the border. His mind buzzed with hatred and sorrow filled thoughts. This can't happen yet... LakeClan is my home... this can't happen yet... Bluegaze winced. He had not been born in LakeClan, and had no LakeClan blood, though he was accepted as everyone else. Everlight was the same. That's what StarClan had wanted and needed. Two cats, not of LakeClan blood. Two cats to set mystery among the clan. Two cats to upset the balance of all life....

Blueheart sat in the middle of the camp quietly, watching the cats pass in and out.

"Your kits are beautiful." she murmured.

Yellowpaw sighed licking bits of dried moss out of his fur

Mossyclaw padded towards Yellowpaw quietly.
"Hey, you need some help?" Mossyclaw asked, and leaned down and started licking the moss out of his fur, then stopped abruptly.
"Oh.. sorry.." Mossyclaw murmured.

Yellowpaw's ears went hot "Thanks, but I'm fine... you uhh hungry?"

Mossyclaw shook her head.
"No, but if you want, I'll get you something..."

"No... I'm fine, thanks though. Um.. does it stink being stuck in here away from your family?"

"More than sucks! But I guess it's fine because Sunnyblade and Erol are here, and you..." Mossyclaw sighed.

Yellowpaw blinked "It doesn't suck cause I'm here? Aren't I an evil clan cat?"
but... I'd give up the dark forest... everything for you... i-i think I already have. I have no loyalty to the dark forest anymore... i think ah, why is this so confusing?!

Mossyclaw smiled.
"You're not like the rest of them, Yellowpaw. You're my friend. I-I really like you." Mossyclaw sighed.

Yellowpaw sighed "I like you too... more than I should," h admitted

Mossyclaw nodded.
"I don't just like you... I kinda.. well, love you..." Mossyclaw murmured quietly. She looked up. "I shouldn't be doing this. I shouldn't. But I am. Of course I am. I have Rosedawn's blood. She fell in love with a cat from another Clan as well."

Yellowpaw smiled and laughed "Yea, but if Fireystar knew, I loved you too... he'd kill me, your LakeClan," he sighed "What are those ancestors you belive in? I used to curse them... but now... I kinda think differently,"

"StarClan. I don't really believe in them though. I actually think they are just something Clan-born cats believe in. I definetly don't. Sometimes I just want to be a loner again. It's so.. easy. You can do whatever you like without some "senior warrior" telling you that you can't."

Yellowpaw nodded "Ah, I was never a loner... So... you think you might... go back to LakeClan one day?"

Mossyclaw shrugged. "It's not that bad here."

"But... you have to fight to the death. Do you really wanna stay in a clan like that? Where they kill weak kits?" he asked, realizing that the things he had once thought were right, now revolted him. Thoughts of Mossyclaw as a kit, under the claws of Fireystar's claws made him shiver.

Mossyclaw shrugged.
"Well if I try to escape I get killed."

Yellowpaw sighed and nodded "But one day,your going to get out of here, I promise,"

"I don't know what I'd ever do if we were to attack LakeClan. I would feel horrible."

"You won't fight Mossyclaw," Yellowpaw mewed
