Cats of LakeClan! As you all know, Silverfang came wanting to talk... sh-she attacked me and Rippleblaze, and took one of my lives! Then she ran off for an unknown reason. Also, Everlight has had three kits-
She-cats- Arcingkit, Daykit
Tom- Shadowedkit
And Frostysky has also had 4 kits-
She-cats-Rushkit, Berrykit, Wrenkit
Toms- Owlkit
We congratulate them on healthy kits! The father of Frostysky's kits was a loner, so he was outside the code, and she was lucky that all her kits lived! Her mate, Falcon, wishes to join, so he can be with his mate and kits, and we welcome him! We have many new members also, though too many too name!
Rosepaw is still missing, and we must accept that she is dead. It has been a few moons, and though our hope has been strong, our searching shall be no more. Nestflame is a very good medicine cat, and when he feels ready, he can take on an apprentice!

"Oh yeah? Well maybe-" Rosepaw cut off her words, having no idea what to day. Rosepaw glared at Erol, knowing he could not see it. "Leave, you made everything just horrible. If you hadn't come nothing like this would've happened. Leave, Erol." Rosepaw meowed calmly.

ya right. It was already like this. Don't deny it, you know it's true. Icycurrent isn't mad, he's just upset because, well, you hurt him. Bad.

Rosepaw's eyes were full of anger. "Well guess what? He hurts me every little second of my stupid life!" Rosepaw meowed loudly. She growled. "Don't you dare lay one claw on anything or I will kill you." Rosepaw growled, padding away in the direction of where SUnnykit went.

*Sunnykit looked at him, then threw her head into his chest. She wailed silently, and he licked her head comfortingly.*

Rosepaw picked up Sunnykit's scent, and followed the scent trail until she suddenly stopped. She blinked at the two cats.

"Yeah, well it sure seems like you don't care about me, why should I do the same for you!" Rosepaw spat, glaring at Icycurrent, who was still ignoring her.

Rosepaw narrowed her eyes. "You don't have to say it! Erol is some random kit who is keeping you up so you won't get any sleep, but you need to get sleep or else you'll miss training in the morning! That's caring for you!" Rosepaw growled.

As Dreamstar finishes her announcement, Rippleblaze sure he sees burning green eyes in the brushes. Silverfang is still out there, plotting revenge. Even though only her shining eyes are visible, she can tell the former medicine cat's expression even from a distance; "I warned you not to tell them! The blood of your kits will be on your own paws now." With a flash, she vanishes once more.

*Grayshadow padded in, the three kits stumbling behind her. Their eyes were wild with panic. Rippleblaze padded over to them. He smiled at fellwave, then turned to Grayshadow.*

Rosepaw picked up Sunnykit gently buy the scruff, pausing, and quickly putting her back down. "You need to get cleaned up..." Rosepaw meowed. She picked up Sunnykit again.

*Erol nodded, and padded out of the miniature camp. He walked for quite a while, and sniffed the air. Rain... He nodded, and continued to walk, then he looked behind him, and saw the younger kits getting tired. He sighed, and saw his destination up ahead.*

*Then, soon enough they came to an island. There was a small lake around it, and stepping stones. *

*As he finished talking, ran started to fall.*

Rosepaw rolled her eyes. "Why would I be using you? How could I be using you? Use your memories and remember what I gave up, too. I do love you, I just can't! I always wanted to be loyal to the warrior code. You know, I wish I was the old me, too. The old me who never met a BlackClan deputy!" Rosepaw hissed. She closed her eyes. "Go ahead, kill me if you want. I'm a lousy cat, I deserve it. " Rosepaw sighed.

"I'll go first." Bluekit meowed quietly. He jumped onto the first stepping stone. It was already wet from the rain. He jumped onto the next one carefully, and took a deep breath, and jumped onto the next one.

*Erol followed him closely, then finally he was across. Erol leaped back across. He nodded at Sunnykit, and she leaped onto the first one, her paws slipping slightly. But she caught herself, and leapt to the next one. Then, she leaped to the next one, and her paws slip, and half of her body emerged into the deep lake. Her eyes widened, and Erol leaped forward, and grabbed her scruff. He hauled her up, and she got across. Then he went back.*

No, I mean. The only she-cat who ever caught my interest. When you stood up against me at the battle, no one's ever done that before. I should have killed you because of that, but I didn't.

*Finally, all the kits were across. He nodded and padded through the ferns, the kits following.*
We'll stay here... there's a very large badger hole, which could be a den. Water can't get into it because it's goes ups first. It's good.

"Thanks. Are you staying?" Mossykit asked.

Fireypaw smiled smugly."Well, Well. Seems I found the traitor."he snarled."Youre coming with me-dead or alive." And crouched, snarleing. He had grown well. he was nearly as big as Icycurrent, and his red eyes glowed viciously.

"Fox dung!"he spat. he suddenly went limp, falling onto the side Icycurrent was on. he flipped around so that he was pinning the tom down. He panted with exitement and bared his teeth.
"Come back with me." He hissed."And ill try not to let THEM kill you." His eyes flashed.

Fireypaw scrambled to his paws. His eyes shot hatred at Icycurrent.
"Stormyflame is leader now."He spat. "We dont need another leader. And i highly doubt you could kill me."he sneered."You're too soft. You always were. "he ran at Icycurrent, and swereved to one side, raking his long, sharp claws down his side. He pushed up with his hind legs and jumped over Icycurrent, slashing his other side in the same way. He leaped out of range before Icycurrent could turn to swat him.

I could kill you easier then you could kill a fly. I was, and still probably am the best fighter in BlackClan. Oh. So Storyflame. A good cat, but not as strong as Thornstar. Does your clan really think that she was a good choice?

"I dont."he snarled. "One im a warrior, im killing her. Shes weak. Probably weaker than you." he hissed, noticing the glance between Icycurrent and Rosepaw.
"Secrets? well, ill just have to find out. This clearing smells of more cats than you two."he narrowed his eyes thoughtfully.

She is weak. But I was the strongest cat in the clan, and I am the rightful leader. But that clan is fox-dung. If I were to ever lead it, I would exile all who were evil.

We let some other loner's stay with us for a night. Quite a few have come. A queen with kits came by. We let her stay for a two nights.

Fireypaw rolled his eyes. "Yeah, right. You wouldnt be telling me if it was the truth. But you are right about the kits..."he smiled, knowing he was getting close.

Fireypaw sneered. "You lied when you said you didnt love Rosepaw!" then his eyes widened. "Great Dark Forest."he breathed.glancing at Icycurrent with a look of satisfaction and triumph, he ran into the forest, running towards the BlackClan camp.

He knows. We have to look for them... but the rain would have washed away their scent, and we don't know what Sunnykit said...

Rosepaw pelted after Icycurrent. Every now and then they found a touch of a kit scent, whether it was Sunnykit, Mossykit, Bluekit, Mistykit, or Erol.

Fireypaw burst into the BlackClan camp, looking Exited.
"Stormystar! I Know where Icycurrent is! And He Has kits With Rosepaw!"He meowed exitedly, his eyes shining.

*Icycurrent ignored his wounds, and skidded to a halt in front of a small lake. An island was in the center. He looked at the black water. It was higher then usual, and any path to t island, was covered by water.*

Fireygaze smiled. Then his smile turned into a smile of sneering contempt.
"Thanks. You can die now." HE quickly sliced one paw across her throat, making a deep clean cut.

*Stormystar's eyes widened, and she crumpled to the ground. The clan just watched Fierygaze.*

Fireygaze turned to the watching clan. "She was weak. Anyone agree? Of she was the true leader, why did she die right away? Do you see anymore lives on her?"he yowled. His words echoed like thunder around the camp.

Rosepaw smelled the air, and sighed. Her eyes were dull, but then they brightened up. "Too bad I never taught you ho to swim.." Rosepaw purred, padding into the water, and diving in.

"No. I am." When Tallshadow looked about to argue, Fireygaze snarled. "Did you kill Stromystar? You're weak too. BlackClan needs a cat Like Thornstar. And that cat is me."

"Im Leader."he repeated. "And.....He looked at the warriors."Flaringsun....you may serve as my deputy."

Rosepaw purred. It felt great to be in water again. Rosepaw swam, and started to hear splashes from behind her. Rosepaw turned around.
"You came!" Rosepaw purred. She sighed, watchinghis bad swimming. "You do know swimming is just like walking, but in water. Pretend you are walking."

Fireygaze let out a breath. For once in his life, he felt a twinge of nervousness.
Suddenly, he dropped into a crouch, his head hurting insanely.He opened his eyes to see Nine cats standing in a row in front of him, Thornstar and Brambletalon among them. Dark Forest cats! He gazed around in wonder, his mouth half open.

Fireypgaze gritted his teeth against the fury that came with the two lives. A black tom with white streaks padded up, his green gaze cold. He thrust his muzzle onto the top of Fireygazes head.
" I am Deathheart, and I give you your third life. Use it To destroy all who oppose you." Fireygaze wanted to let out a yowl of pain. That life was as bad as Thornstars.
A dark brown tom padded up.
"I am Vineshadow, and I give you your fifth life. Use it well to make every cat do what you want them to do." Fireygaze was prepared, He closed his eyes, and snapped them open when another touch to his head came.
"I am Lightningclaw. Use your sixth life well to train how to kill." This life wasnt so bad.
A gray tom padded up.
"Stonyripple. Use your Seventh life well to kill Dreamstar." Fireygaze smiled. oh, he would.
a kit padded up. Her eyes were cold and dull, but held a flame that chilled any cat.
"Twistkit. USe your eigth life well to kill Eageheart.
"Viperstar. Destroy LakeClan."
Fireygaze gritted his teeth. This life was the worst, its rage so strong. He stood, knowing it was over.
"Good Job. You are Now Fireystar."Deathheart spoke. He msiled and nodded.

Rosepaw smelled the ground, and even though it rained, there was a faint scent of the kits. Rosepaw followed it, stopping in a little clearing with a badger den in the middle, motioning for Icycurrent to follow. Rosepaw padded silently into the den, and poked her head in.
"Sunnykit? Mossykit? Mistykit? Bluekit?" Rosepaw called into the hole.
Fireystar smiled back, his eyes glowing and flickering dangerously.
"I swear-before my lives are gone, I will kill anyone who opposes me."The DArk Forest cats Yowled in approval.

the Clan cheered loudly. the five cats left camp, until Fireystar found the small cleariung he followed the two cats fading scents until he came to the lake. Their pawprints on the muddy ground stopped at the edge of the water. "They went onto the island. Were going. "He waded into the water, and looked back to see his cats were following. He swam strongly, until they were all at the islldnd. "Stay quiet."he hissed at his patrol.

Fireystar followed the scent trail, and stopped when he heard very, very quiet pawsteps. They almost werent there. He flicked his tail and ran forward. He burst into the clearing on one side, the four other cats following. Fireystar snarled in satisfaction.

*Icycurrent pushed Bluekit into the den before they saw him. Bluekit tumbled in, and they all immediately knew to STAY quiet. Icycurrent snarled.*

Fireystar smiled. "so...Where are these kits of yours?" He decided to keep his lives a secret, and glanced at his patrol, silently telling them to do the same.

We don't have any kits. We were hoping to have some some time, but we decided not to.
*icycurrent realized, that from where Fierypaw was, Fierypaw couldn't see the Badger hole, and even if he came up, wouldn't be able to. Mud was starting to cover the entrance. Though this made Icycurrent's heart race with panic.*

Rosepaw growled, unsheathing her claws.
Fireystar took a step forward. "really? Then why did you whisper when i left, "He knows. We have to look for them... but the rain would have washed away their scent, and we don't know what Sunnykit said..."? Well?"he smiled with cruel satisfaction.

Ohhh! I was talking about the queen who passed by. I was thinking you may hurt them, and her kit, the queen's name was Lilacbloom, and the kits name was Sunnykit, was scared of rouges and stuff like that. So we promised Lilacbloom we would tell her if there was any trouble around.

"Liar!"Fireystar snarled. "Im Not fooled by youre stupid trickery!" He narrowed his head and ran at Icycurrent, and amzingly, his wounds from before were gone. No blood, just....gone.

Rosepaw looked behind her at the entrance to the den. Mud had almost covered the entrance. Rosepaw beganto panic, her eyes wild with fear.
"Icycurrent! We can finish this without a fight... Please, please, please....." Rosepaw pleaded, wondering if she had any milk scent left on her.
Fireystar got up. "you pushed me, mouse-brain." He rolled his eyes, then smiled wickedly. "Why do you care?"he sneered, rearing up and crashing down on the concealed hole.

*He nudged Rosepaw before Fierystar heard her. Icycurrent saw that the hole was completely covered, and there was no way in.*

Rosepaw's eyes were wild with panic. "He's g-going t-to... k-kill them.." Rosepaw whispered, watching the badger den collapse more and more...
Fireystar said nothing. Instead, he flung himself onto the hole, digging with long claws. He flicked his tail, and the patrol started to help him, surrounding him so he was concealed.

*The rain was pounding too hard for any cat other then Icycurrent o have heard Rosepaw. Icycurrent hoped with all his heart, there was a back entrance.Maybe the den was too far collapsed, and the kits were still safe. Icycurrent shrugged.*

Suddenly Fireystars paw collapsed where he was digging. His foreleg fell in, and he struggled to move it. Then he realized he found the entrance. "Dig!"he screeched He dug faster, ripping the hole open with fury. He put his ear up to the hole and heard a quiet, terrified whimper.
"They're in there!"he yowled and ripped at the hole, making it wider.

Run! Run for your lives! Run away from the setting sun! Soon enough you will come to a very thick forest! A lake will be in the middle, and there will be cat scent, it was smell like fish! Follow the strongest scent to the camp, to Lakeclan camp! Go! Just run away from the setting sun, and stay away from the empty territory with no trees!
*Erol saw Sunnykit run silently, with her siblings following, then he quickly covered up the hole, making sure there was no trace of the hole, and turned towards the intruding cats.*

Fireystar squeezed in, and grabbed Erol By the scruff. He other kits had left."he realized, scenting four more.He dragged Erol out, and set him down on the ground. He glared down at the kit.
"Where did they go?"he snarled, and knocked the kit over, holding him down with one paw.

Fireystars eyes blazed. "Enough! Im tired of these lies!"he picked up Erol angrily. he threw him against a tree, hissing in satisfaction as he squealed in pain. He looked at his patrol and flicked his tail at Icycurrent.
"Get him." In moments, Flamedstone was holding Icycurrent down, with Cliffclaw right beside, just in case Icycurrent broke free. Cloudyfall hissed and stood behind him, blocking an escape route.

*Icycurrent rolled his eyes, and leaped up, cutting Flamedstone's neck while he was at it. Icycurrent' hissed happily as he felt the warm gush of blood he hadn't felt for so long. Then, icycurrent's eyes turned cold, and he launched himself at Cloudyfall, his eyes blood thirsty.*

*Sunnykit panted, she looked back, but they were far from the island now. Erol.... her heart ached for the kit she had grown to like. Then she felt Mistykit nudge her. She looked ahead to see empty territory, then off to her left, lush territory. And she could faintly see a lake through the trees. her eyes brightened.*

Mistykit ran forward, finally reaching the lake.
"WE MADE IT!!!" Mistykit yowled, yet the yowl was so tiny, so shril, only few could hear it.

Flamedstone twitched uncontollably for a moment, then his eyes glazed over.
Cloudyfall hissed and his eyes widened in surprise, but before Icycurrent could crash into him, he bowled into Icycurrents side. He was grinning wildly, and his eyes looked crazed and wild. he bit into the side of Icycurrents neck, and clung onto his side, clawing his back and belly with all of his claws. Soon, his paws were red with blood.
"Watch the kit!" he heard Cliffclaw hiss, but he ignored it. he had been waiting for this. ever since he had joined...

*Icycurrent snarled, and pushed Fierystar away. Icycurrent leaped at Cloudyfall, and cut her throat. He was about to do the same to Cliffclaw, when Icycurrent saw Rosepaw's expression. He staggered a bit, the coldness and the blood lust leaving his eyes. he sprang in front of Erol.*

Fireystar snarled.ignored Icycurrent. But he narrowed his eyes, seeing that he couldnt kill him without losing a life or two. Instead, his cold, wild gaze flicked to Rosepaw. Without hesitaion, he leaped at her, and hooked his claws deep into the skin of her ear. he ripped straight though it, then snarled in her face. He bowled her over, and pinned her.
"Bye. You can Die too!"he laughed, and bared his teeth. His bloodstained claws held her down, digging into her skin.

*Sunnykit's ears pricked, and she saw two cats pad through the trees. She shrunk back.*

Fireystar snarled. he blindly lashed out with one paw, feeling claws peirce skin. He leaped up, and snarled. he lashed out at Icycurrents face. While he was distracted, he slipped underneath him, slashing at his belly. When Icycurrent reared up to crush him, he slid out the way he came, and hooked his claws into Icycurrents brown tabby fur, unbalancing him. He powerfully dragged him to the ground, where Fireystar grabbed his ear and dug in his claws on either side.

*Jayflight nodded, then suddenly he ducked under a barrier, and they were in an enclosed camp. Jayflight smiled.*

"Wow..." Mistykit brethed. She sighed happily. Bluekit approached a big black-and-gray she-cat cautiously.

The fact that she'd been gone for days outside of lakeclan camp and then made a whole one-day trip again, left her stumbling on her paws. She looked at the new-comers, and sighed, her shoulders Slumping.

Rosepaw frantically ran off to the river, and pelted back with water-soaked moss in her jaws. Rosepaw pressed the water into Icycurrent's mouth, and massaged his throat to get it down. Rosepaw looked through the pile of herbs, and found marigold and cobwebs, and immediately started to press them all over Icycurrent's wounds. Rosepaw sighed and lay down next to Icycurrent.
"Please wake up... We need to fimd our kits..." Rosepaw whispered.
Gazestripe and Coal padded back to camp, sitting down a little ways away from the nursery after dropping down thier prey.

*Icycurrent woke up in a forest. he knew he wasn't dead, because he could still feel the sting of his new scars. He looked around, and gasped.*

*Boulderflame purred, and touched his nose to Icycurrent's, and Icycurrent was back in his own body. His scars stinging even more.*
