Rowanthorn has told me that he wishes to step down as deputy! Though, I do not fully agree, I shall accept his decision! This means that we must get a new deputy!

Sorrelheart smiled and nodded towards Dreamstar. She padded over to Snowleaf and Rowanthorn. Sorrelheart saw Flamingkit spring at her and she purred. Flamingkit's eyes widened.
"Sorrelheart, you're deputy?!"
"Yes I am Flamingkit." Sorrelheart smiled and then Stormflame padded beside her and congratulated her.

He cheers loudly for the new deputy.

*Everlight paced back and forth. She panted heavily. She was in a hollow tree, her fur damp with sweat. She finally laid down on the ground, and closed her eyes tight.*
*When Everlight's eyes re-opened, she was gasping for air. She looked around the hollow tree, until her eyes settled onto 3 objects. 3 kits were still, and Everliught quickly bent forward and nipped open the sacks, and made sure the kits were breathing. All 3 kits started to mewl, and Everlight flinched. her eyes settled on one kit. A white kit with striking blue eyes, and a gray muzzle and ears. Bluegaze... Then, Everlight scowled. Why did this kit have to look like Bluegaze so much!? She snarled, which made the kits flinch. She stared down at the white kit.*
Shadowedkit. You will always be a shadow. Because you can never be like Bluegaze. And he won't die. You will live in his shadow. Always.
*She scowled, and turned her attention away from him. There was one kit, a she-cat, that looked exactly like her, except it had white paws.*
Daykit.
*Then, she looked at the other kit. This kit, also a she-cat, was lighter then her, and had greenish eyes.*
Arkingkit.
*Everlight pushed the kits to their feet, and they stumbled, losing their balance every 10 seconds. Everlight rolled her eyes impatiently, and pushed them along. No matter how hard she tried to be on Shadowedkit, she couldn't muster up the strength to. She was angry at the little kit for looking like Bluegaze, but it was his looks that stopped her from being mean to him. Shadowedkit was smaller then his siblings, and he had a much harder time walking then them. Their eyes were still closed, but she kept pushing them towards the camp. She padded into camp, and stopped.*

Blossomkit's eyes shot to the camp entrance. She smiled. "Kits!" Blossomkit mewed.

*Shadowedkit squeaked in fear, and tumbled backwards. Everlight growled, and pushed him back. She sat down, and licked her paw.*

*Icycurrent sighed.*
You don't get it, do you Rosepaw? BlackClan wants to destroy LakeClan! Kill them off!

Blossomkit padded to where Everlight and her kits were. "Are they yours? What are their names?" Blossomkit asked, poking Shadowedkit gently.
"They never will though!" Rosepaw growled.
*Shadowedkit squeaked again, and tumbled over himself again. Everlight rolled her eyes, and pushed him up again.*

Blossomkit smiled. "This one is so cute!" Blossomkit mewed, resting her tail gently on Shadowedkit.

*Shadowedkit flinched again, only to receive a sharp jab from Everlight. He whimpered. He crawled away, and was relieved that Everlight hadn't stopped him. His eyes were already open, unlike his sisters. His wide blue eyes showed fright.*

Blossomkit's eyes widened. "Well.... I'm going to go now!" Blossomkit mewed briskly, running away.

Rosepaw closed her eyes. She sighed. "My kits won't be. I'll make sure of that." Rosepaw growled.
*Shadowedkit whimpered, and slunk across the clearing. He saw a covered den, and darted into it. He stumbled into a black and white cat, with blue eyes, and squeaked in fear.*

Rosepaw purred. She opened her eyes. "No one will." Rosepaw smiled.
*Icycurrent licked her head, and murmured.*

Just as the last congratulations die down, Dreamstar sees a familiar silver and white face in the entrance. Silverfang has returned.

Frostysky shifted uncomfterably. She saw Everlight pad in with kits she padded over and said "Congrats they are beautiful," a bit stifly. She knew it was almost impossible to hide her secret now. She looked... big. Falcon had no idea. In the times she'd seen him he'd had no idea. Nestflame suspected her. She had seen him looking at her quizzically. Right now he was bent over Bluegaze.
Frostysky coughed "The kits are really beautiful" she mewed akwardly
*Dreamstar looked up. her eyes widened.*
S-silverfang!? W-what are you doing back!?

*Everlight stared at Frostysky. Her eyes cold.*

Blossomkit shrugged. "I have NO idea."
Rosepaw sighed again. "I guess you could say any time now...." Rosepaw mewed. She nuzled her mate.
Frostysky narrowed her eyes "What is your problem Everlight? Don't you love them aren't you proud? I know when I have my kits-" she stopped short realizing what she had done.

She looked down at her stomach as a kit kicked. She rested her tail around her paws "How can you hate any of you kits?" she murmered softly thinking about her kits, how there pink little noses would push through her fur, she wasn't thrilled about being stuck in the nursery, but they were part of her already

No. We're going back to our mini camp. Now.

Frostysky looked at the scared little kit "Everlight, I know you do"

Rosepaw dug her claws deeper into the dirt. "No!" Rosepaw meowed.
Soul padds up to Silenkit and jumps ont top of him. He laughs to himself, and the two of them rolls around if the camp, and acidentally bump into Everlight.

"I don't-" Rosepaw started to protest, but a deep rush of pain stopped her. "Fine, but hurry." Rosepaw muttered.

Rosepaw collapsed down onto one of the nests, not caring whos it was, and flexed her laws uncomfortabl. She groaned, rolling over.
*Icycurrent's eyes were wild with fright, and he dashed away, and came back with moss dipping with water. He placed it down by her.*

Rosepaw feebly licked a little of the water. She sighed, rolling over again. She shut her eyes, and a small blob came out. Soon, four others were there. Rosepa nipped a sack and licked the kit.

Frostysky nodded "It's okay Shadowedkit, you'll be okay," she took the little kit in her mouth, taking him to her nest and curling around him "Just take deep breaths, and relax," she licked Shadowedkit's fur soothingly

Rosepaw purred. She licked the other three, and all four began crying. They crawled around the nest until they found their mother.

Frostysky looked at Shadowedkit "Your a sweet little kit!" she purred nuzzling him affectionatly. She didn't understand why Everlight gave him up he looked like Bluegaze! Shouldn't that be some kind of comfort? She licked down a peice of his fur that was sticking up

Frostysky sighed "It's complicated. Birchstorm was taken by BlackClan and trained and became deputy while his siblings were still apprentices. He had lost his memory and thoguht he was a BlackClan cat. He learned more than the oldest apprentices so when he came back Dreamstar didn't see the the point of making him an apprentice, so he became a warrior while his siblings were still apprentices

Well and Apprentice is a cat training to become a warrior. A warrior is a cat who fights and hunts for his clan and a medicine cat is a cat in the clan who heals and can talk to StarClan!

She made sure Shadowedkit was safe and she padded out of camp. She was indeed going to hunt this time. But her paws to her to Flacon instead. Panic flared through her. It wasn't exactly hard to notice something was different about her. She looked at her swollen belly. Falcon ran out of his den smiling. He had a cream she-cat folowing. "Frostysky! Meet Sky, she is Soft's kit,"
"Where is Soft?"
"Um, she, died giving birth..."
"Oh Flacon I'm so sorry!"
Falcon only nodded but Sky ran up to her "You smell like milk! My mom's friend gives me some!"
Frostysky froze as Flacon looked at her, his eyes flew to her stomach. "Frostysky, your..."
Frostysky grimmaced and nodded.
"Oh no, no! This can't be happening!"
Sky looked at Falcon "What??"
Flacon looked at Sky "Go back to the den alright"
Sky smiled and nodded she ran into it. Flacon's face had a look of horror "Frostysky, I'm sorry, I-i ruined eveything for you,"
Frostysky shook her head "Falcon, I could never want anyone's kits but yours, I love you"
Falcon nodded "I do too," Falcon closed his eyes "Why didn't you tell me?"
"Because I knew you would react like this!"
Falcon looked torn "I want to join the clan,"

Frostysky smiled and caught a shrew and two mice. She felt slow as she padded back to camp. She ate the mouse and put the shrew in the fresh-kill pile. She ran back over to Shadowedkit "Sorry that took e so long! I'm pretty slow nowadays!" she purred and wrapped her tail around the small kit's shoulders

Rosepaw licked Mossykit, and Mossykit sqeaked. Rosepaw blinked, and yawned.
"Such a long day..." Rosepaw muttered. She finally went to sleep. Mossykit smiled, and poked Mistykit.
"Open your eyes! It's so awesome! And I never imagined anything to be big!" Mossykit whispered in Mistykit's ear. Mistykit rolled over.
"Huh?" Mistykit asked.
"Open your eyes!" Mossykit urged. Mistykit sighed, and grumbled, ignoring her sister. Mossykit rolled her eyes.
"I wanna play!" Mossykit complained.
Mossykit poked Sunnykit.
"Someone wake up!" Mossykit whined. Bluekit blinked wide icy amber eyes open.
"You opened your eyes!" Mossykit cried, pouncing onto her brother. Bluekit sat up.
"I never imagined this tiny place so big!" Bluekit mewed. Rosepaw opened up her eyes, hearing her kits meow. Rosepaw sat up, and Mistykit squeaked angrily.

"I wanna play!" Mossykit meowed, pouncing on Bluekit. Bluekit rolled over. Rosepaw sighed. She curled back up around Mistykit and Sunnykit.

"I've had mine open for a while." Mossykit remarked. Rosepaw sighed. She gently nudged Mistykit onto her feet. Mistykit immediately fell flat down. Bluekit rolled his eyes. Rosepaw gave Bluekit a stern look that stopped him. Rosepaw helped Mistykit get up, and Mistykit stumbled to where Mossykit was, bumping into her. Rosepaw sat down next to Icycurrent, watching the kits tryng to play, but still quite stumbly on their tiny paws.
