*Dreamstar looked around. The trees were keeping the path to the LakeRock and her den blocked, so she looked around. She sighed and just stayed on the ground.*

All cats old enough to catch their own prey please gather..... around me for a clan meeting!

*LakeClan cats came out of squished dens, and gathered around.*

Tonight is the Gathering! here are the cats who shall go! Also, after the Gathering in a few Suns, we shall attack!

*Yowls of approval rose up.*

Cats of lakeClan! We have had some loss, but also newcomers! We lost the life of three cats today. Pinefall, one of our treasured Elders. The oldest cat in LakeClan. My son, Duskfall. And Nightkit. They will all be honored tonight!

Now. While Bluegaze and Nestpaw were separated from the clan, they found four kits! The kits are only about 1 moon old. Their mother abandoned them. They are hungry, and still on milk, so we need a queen to take them. Their names are Birch, Maple, Sparrow and Finch. Since they are joining, they shall receive clan names!

Birch, you will be known as Birchkit!
Maple, you will be known as Maplekit!
Sparrow, you will be known as Sparrowkit!
Finch, you will be known as Finchkit!

*The clan half halfheartedly cheered the kits names.*

One last thing. As you can see, there are trees over our camp. But luckily the wall has not been harmed! But some of your hard work in the dens has. The Warriors Den and Apprentices den have been destroyed. Not fully, but they need to be remade. My den and the LakeRock are blocked, and the medicine cats den is partly blocked. We will have to find a way to move the trees that are in our camp. Start taking off the smaller branches, then we will work on pushing the trees away. I want to thank Everlight, who saved our camp from utter destruction. Her life is barely there through her acts, and we hope she will survive.

UNOFFICIAL POST!

If you go to the bottom of LakeClan, there is a PLAYLIST!!! I added it ONLY for THEME SONGS! There are a few already, and it says for you. So go to it! I love Dreamstar+Cloudriver's! They have two. :) I don't have any for Dreamstar+Rippleblaze yet! Sorry! If you find anything that matches them, please do tell! I will give you a sneak peak and description of one song!

Okay, Soaringheart has You Belong With Me. This song matches him for when Dreamstar was going off with Ripplestar! he knew her better, true, and he thought he was better for her. His love life doesn't end exactly like the song, but it matches! Cause Rippleblaze where's high heels(lol, actually he WAS a leader), and Soaringheart wore sneakers(he's just a normal warrior.) But to be truthful, Rippleblaze(star) is better for her. :) :( Well, try to figure out the others!

Bluegaze has an *odd* song. You might not understand it, but don't worry! If you read the lyrics, it makes a bit more sense. :) But it's still a mystery! :D

Destruction

*Bluegaze thundered into camp. He gasped. He sensed trees toppled over into the middle of the camp. Though the camp wall was unharmed. Some dens were destroyed, but other wise it was good. Where was Everlight!? Bluegaze thought frantically, then froze. She's in the middle all the trees! Bluegaze ran forward and dug frantically at the branches. The shakes were finished now. Only small rumbles were felt. he wish he could still see, but it was easier for him without eyes.*

:~~Bluegaze:

*Everlight had her paws tucked under her, her eyes closed. She knew Bluegaze was out there. Though she couldn't have known. Her life was barely there. She had used it almost all up trying to save the camp. Why had she done this? Because she wanted them to live through the battle with BlackClan? Or other reasons?*

:~~Everlight:

*Dreamstar felt the shakes stop.*

Let's go back to camp! Be careful, trees may still be falling!

The Ground is Shaking!

*Dreamstar sighed and settled back underneath the LakeRock. She closed her eyes, then felt the ground shake. She looked at the ground suspiciously. Then she felt it again, though it seemed stronger. She heard the ground rumble. She looked up to see the trees swaying massively. She saw one birch tree fall, narrowly missing the camp. Dreamstar's eyes widen, and she quickly leaped onto the LakeRock. She looked down at her clan. They were getting agitated and didn't know what was happening. Dreamstar was about to yowl for the clan to listen when the ground shook, almost throwing her of the rock.*

Cats of LakeClan! Get out of the camp and away from the trees! Find a field or something! Just RUN!

*Right as Dreamstar finished, an oak tree fell into the camp. The bare branches fell upon several cats, including Rippleblaze. Dreamstar yowled in fright, but saw all cats climb out from under the branches safely. Dreamstar jumped down the rock and yowled to Stormwater.*

Start leading the cats away! I'll stay at the back and make sure everyone is out!

*Stormwater nodded and started to group cats together. They started to run out the entrance. Dreamstar saw several cats trip as the ground shook viciously. She felt a warm pelt beside hers, and saw Rippleblaze beside her.*

Come on, let's check all the dens!

*Rippleblaze nodded and ran to the Warriors and Apprentices Den. Dreamstar ran towards the Medicine Cat's den to find Nestpaw and Rosepaw gathering as many herbs as they could. Jayflight, Gazedawn and Orangepaw were in there too.*

Hurry up! We need to get out!

*Dreamstar ran out the den and saw the elders running out as fast as they could. She then saw Rosepaw, Nestpaw, Jayflight, Orangepaw and Gazedawn running out with bundles of herbs. It seemed like all cats were out. Then a flash of white caught her eye. She saw Bluegaze sitting beneath the LakeRock, with Everlight beside him. Everlight had her eyes closed, and she was very tense. Dreamstar sighed in anger and ran over. She felt a strong breeze, and the ground rumbling beneath her with every step she took.

GET OUT OF THE CAMP! IT'S TOO DANGEROUS!

*Everlight's eyes snapped open, and Dreamstar stumbled to her knee's as the ground shakes seemed to get more powerful. Everlight eyed Dreamstar, then started to lead Bluegaze out of the camp, mumbling.*

I was only trying to keep our home safe....

Leaving?

*Dreamstar purred. She was lying beneath the LakeRock, sharing tongues with Rippleblaze. It wasn't the warmest of days, but in the sun, it was gorgeous. Dreamstar remembered doing this with Soaringheart, but with Soaringheart.... it just felt different. Dreamstar closed her eyes and sighed in contentment. She pricked her ears forward, as she heard a loud thudding sound, and it was coming towards the camp! Dreamstar's eyes flew open just in time to see a fox run in. Dreamstar sighed angrily and got up. No one attacked the fox, because they knew who it was. Flint. Flint spoke with a roaring voice as he saw Everlight.*

Ever! We need to leave now. The destruction is upon us, because you told! Or something must have changed! You can not die, we need to leave now.

*Everlight stepped out of the crowd forming around Flint.*

I never said a word!

*Everlight spat and bristled. Flint bared his long fangs.*

I don't care, we must go. Or we will die along with this pack of cats!

*The LakeClan cats looked at each other with fright. They didn't know what he was talking about, but it made them more determined to destroy BlackClan once and for all. Everlight swept her tail back in forth.*

Flint, I can't go. I... I just can't.

*Everlight looked back at her clan.*

This is my home now Flint.... my name is Everlight. I don't want to let them die. I need to protect them.

*Flint snarled and took a step towards Everlight.*

To me, you are Ever! And that is the way you shall stay. Come on, we're going, now!

*Flint barked the order at Everlight, and smirked when she flinched. Dreamstar snarled and stepped forward.*

She said no. She wants to stay here. If you had come when she was Everpaw, she might have decided otherwise. But we haven't seen you for moons. I allowed you to stay on our territory, to watch over her, but you left. That is not my problem. Everlight is a good warrior, and she had decided to stay.

*Flint snarled, and swunbg his head to look at the crowd around him.*

Fine. Ever, if you want to die among all these pieces of crowfood, so be it.

*Bluegaze flinched as he heard the word. He sniffed the air, and looked in the direction Everlight was standing. Why had she chosen to stay? He heard Everlight snarl agreement.*

They are not crowfood, and this is my family!

*Everlight spat at Flint.*

Leave our home Flint. Like Dreamstar said, if you had come earlier, I might have left. But I like it here.

*Flint lifted his muzzle, but didn't say another word. He simply walked out of the camp, muttering about destruction. Dreamstar jumped onto the LakeRock.*

I want the entrance to be re-made, since that fox destroyed it. We shall attack soon!

*Most of the cats yowled in agreement. Everlight simply sighed and sat beside Bluegaze.*

The New Medicine Cat Apprentices Are...(not a fully official post.)

Four people wanted to be medicine cat apprentice. Rosekit, Nestkit, Orangekit and Flamekit. Flamekit didn't even come on so I could monitor him.

I shall pick TWO medicine cat apprentice. Just for safety reasons. :) But the three remaining participants shall all be trained under Jayflight, just in case anything happens any time soon. Oh like maybe an attack... fire.... earthquake. *shrugs* Anything! :D So, here it is...

Orangekit, you came in third place. You came on a few times, but not enough. You shall still be training, but you do not have a spot as a medicine cat. You shall be trained as a warrior.

Now, Nestkit and Rosekit came on the same amount of time, and both showed extreme interest in herbs. This is a very tight pick...

ROSEKIT AND NESTKIT are head medicine cat apprentice! I couldn't just pick one for head medicine cat apprentice, then pick another for the maybe temporary medicine cat apprentice. I just couldn't...so they are both main medicine car apprentice unless I need to choose otherwise, like if Silverfang comes back. But she probably won't be med cat again cause her and Soaringheart ran off...Okay, now that was me speaking as a person. Now let's let Dreamstar speak!

*The LakeClan cats came out of their dens, fitful and tired of a sleepless night.*

We have a few kits becoming apprentices today! Two shall be medicine cats. another one shall still train partly as a medicine cat! Jayflight shall say the medicine cat apprentice ceremony.

*Dreamstar nodded to Jayflight and he stepped forward until his back was facing the LakeRock.*

Cats of LakeClan, as you know, I will not be around forever, and Silverfang may very well be dead.So it's time I took an apprentice.I have chosen two cats who has shown great interest in this path and the steps involved.Your next medicine cat will be Rosepaw and Nestpaw!
 

 *Dreamstar nodded and stepped forward on the LakeRock and yowled.*

Nestpaw and Rosepaw, do you accept the post of apprentice to Jayflight?
 

*Nestpaw and Rosepaw nodded and responded at once*

Yes, Dreamstar.
 

 *Dreamstar nodded for Jayflight to speak.

Then at the half-moon, you must travel to the Mooncave to be accepted by Starclan before the eyes of StarClan!
 

*Dreamstar smiled at the two new apprentices.*

The good wishes of all LakeClan will go with you.

Rosepaw! Nestpaw! Rosepaw! Nestpaw!

*Dreamstar nodded to the clan to quiet down, before continuing.*

Now, we have warrior apprentices also!

By naming apprentices we show that LakeClan will survive and remain strong. Rainkit, Skykit, Orangekit, and Frostykit, until you have received you warrior names, you will be known as Rainpaw, Skypaw, Orangepaw and Frostypaw!

Rippleblaze, Gazedawn, Shadowfrost and Dapplewing please step forward. Let you all teach your apprentice well!

*Dreamstar spoke up and announced the new apprentices.*

Rippleblaze you shall mentor Frostypaw. Teach her your battle skills. [Rippleblaze and Frostypaw touch noses]

Gazedawn you shall mentor Orangepaw. You were taught basic herbs, so that is why you shall mentor Orangepaw. Teach her your knowledge. [Gazedawn and Orangepaw touch noses]

Shadowfrost you shall mentor Rainpaw. Teach him your strength. [Shadowfrost and Rainpaw touch noses.]

Dapplewing you shall mentor Skypaw. Teach her your knowledge. [Dapplewing and Skypaw touch noses.]

This Will End

*Dreamstar ran to the LakeRock and jumped up. She yowled, not even bothering speaking, too scared too. The clan came outside their dens. Gasps were heard immediately at the sight of five warriors beneath the LakeRock.*

BlackClan, they killed Tawnyheart, Spottedrain, Hawkfeather, Leopardpaw, and Honeypaw.

*Dreamstar shook with sorrow.*

They shall be mourned for. Adder needs treatment, he was lucky to escape alive. BlackClan said they would keep killing. We need to atta-

*Dreamstar looked up as a yowl rang through the camp. Grayshadow ran in with Smokesun, Brambleheart and Onecloud following. Grayshadow was carrying a kit. The patrol was distraught, as was the whole clan. Sorrow waves filled the clearing. Grayshadow put the kit down.*

Dreamstar...we found Minnowkit on the borde-

*Grayshadow stopped talking at the sight of Spottedrain and Hawkfeather. Shrewpelt was already beside them, grooming their wet, blood covered fur.*

Noo!

*Grayshadow ran to Spottedrain and Hawkfeather, and pressed her muzzle into their fur. Smokesun put Minnowkit by the other five cats.*

We will attack! get ready!

*Everlight snarled and jumped up. Bluegaze jumped up too.*

We can't attack! We can't!

*Dreamstar snarled*

Everlight! That is enough! We can't have our clan destroyed!

*Everlight snarled, but Bluegaze silenced her*

Ever Sky, snarling will not change any cat's minds...

*Bluegaze whispered quietly in her ear, then turned to Dreamstar*

Please Dreamstar. We can not attack for our own lives.

*Dreamstar narrowed her eyes, and didn't respond.*

Mentors, train your apprentices in the camp clearing. Queens, train kits in case they attack first. Everyone, start training.

Death!?

*A yowl erupted in the camp, and Dreamstar ran from her den with Rippleblaze following. They were talking about the prophecy, but now something seemed wrong. Adder, Driftbreeze, Pinedapple, Gazedawn, Thornbranch and Smokesky were bristling and snarling in the camp clearing. Gazedawn was holding a small bundle of fur, and her eyes were scared and filled with sorrow. Dreamstar narrowed her eyes at the bundle, then gasped and ran forward.*

What happened! Adder, explain!

*Adder snarled one last time then let is fur lie flat.*

We found Smallkit on the border! She has BlackClan scent all over her, and she was splayed straight between our border, and theirs! They marked the border too..along with the kit!

*Dreamstar bristled.*

How dare they kill a kit! They must be trying something...we need to hurry up and make the camp bigger and stronger! Gazedawn, put Smallkit underneath the LakeRock, she shall be honoured tonight.

*The LakeClan cats were still bristling as Gazedawn set down the kit. Dreamstar paced angrily, and snapped at Adder*

Did you cover their scent with ours!?

*Adder nodded, then snarled again.*

They even tried extending their territory into our territory! We put it in the proper place, but I doubt they will listen!

*Dreamstar and wrinkled her nose in disgust. This isn't good. Thornstar is testing our sanity. Who will it be nest!?*

Stormwater, get a whole patrol and start working on the camp walls even more. Send our four patrols to patrol each border, BlackClan don't follow the Warrior Code, so they might try to enter from a different territory.

*Stormwater nodded at Dreamstar. Dreamstar sighed and sat down, not knowing what was going to happen next.*

Monarch of Glory-Part 8

Dreamstar was lying down on the LakeRock, her paws tucked under her. She was watching her clan go around their daily schedule. Which seemed to never include her... Dreamstar sighed and jumped down from the rock. She padded over to Stormwater, who was filling in for Rowanthorn, because Rowanthorn had White Cough. Dreamstar nodded to Stormwater, so Stormwater continued.

"Driftbreeze, Adder, Gazedawn, Pinedapple, Thornbranch and Smokesky will go on a border patrol. Adder will le-"

Dreamstar shook her head.

"I'll be leading this one. Thank-you though, Stormwater."

Dreamstar nodded, and Stormwater stepped back to organize a hunting patrol. Dreamstar turned to her group.

"Okay let's go. We're going to be a bit fast, because we still have to finish the re-sizing of the camp."

The group nodded, and followed Dreamstar out.

They were already done three of the borders, and only had the MarshClan border to check now. Dreamstar turned to Adder.

"Take Driftbreeze and Pinedapple and start going up ahead."

Adder nodded,

"Okay Dreamstar. Come on Pinedapple and Driftbreeeze!"

They followed Adder away, and the rest of the group continued to mark. Dreamstar's head snapped up, and she saw Ripplestar and Quivershadow come out of the undergrowth on the other side of the river. They both nodded to Dreamstar, and she felt Gazedawn, Thornbranch and Smokesky tense and bristle a bit, though they knew hwy these two cats were here.

"Go and catch up with Adder, I'll take these two back to camp."

They grumbled, but padded off. Ripplestar and Quivershadow padded over the log, and met Dreamstar.

"Dreamstar, how are you."

Dreamstar nodded to Quivershadow, who was probably Quiverstar now.

"I'm good, how was the nine lives and so and so?"

Ripplestar nodded.

"Yes, Quiverstar received his nine lives perfectly, and StarClan hesitantly allowed me to return as leader if I ever go back to MarshClan. I am now Rippleblaze again, and I wish to join your clan."

Dreamstar stared at Rippleblaze. Her heart ached with pain. Rippleblaze... He might never be Ripplestar again. The leader I loved. Dreamstar sighed, and nodded to Quiverstar.

"Thank-you, but I think we can manage to my camp now. And, did Featherblaze know about the prophecy?"

Rippleblaze shook his head. The name still shocked her. She didn't love Ripplestar as Rippleblaze, it started when he was leader. Dreamstar shut her eyes, and re-opened them to find Quiverstar and Rippleblaze saying their farewells. Rippleblaze wished Quiverstar luck, then asked about the new deputy.

"I was thinking about Swiftleaf. She is very good, and all cats respect her."

Rippleblaze nodded.

"Yes, very good choice. She will make an excellent deputy. If I ever come back, she can be head warrior, then your deputy once I.... die."

They were quiet for a moment, before touching noses and muttering good-byes, before going their separate ways.What have I done? He grew up in that clan! Why did I say yes? Dreamstar sighed and pressed her nose against Rippleblaze's shoulder. Rippleblaze licked her forehead, and they padded back to camp. Now, we aren't forbidden anymore...

*Dreamstar padded out of her den and leaped onto the LakeRock. She called the clan together. She saw Bluepaw eying her angrily, where he thought she was with sightless eyes. Dreamstar sighed. She also saw Foxfang and Cottonpelt nearby. They were shifting their weight around nervously, hoping their brother would be made a warrior also.*

I called you here today, because I have changed my mind. Bluepaw shall be made a warrior tonight, with Everpaw also...

I Dreamstar leader of LakeClan call upon my warroior ancestors to look down upon these apprentices. they have worked hard to learn the ways of the Warrior Code, and I give them to you as warriors in their turn.

Bluepaw, do you promise to withhold the Warrior Code and protect and defend your clan, ever at the cost of your own life?

*Bluepaw nodded a yes, and Dreamstar leaped down, and rested her chin on his head. She felt the cool feeling of his tongue, and she stepped away.*

Everpaw, do you promise to withhold the Warrior Code and protect and defend your clan, even at the cost of your own life?

*Everpaw nodded, her eyes shooting to Bluepaw. Dreamstar rested her chin on Everpaw's head, and felt Everpaw lick her shoulder. Dreamstar stepped back and lifted her head.*

Bluepaw, from this moment you shall be known as Bluegaze! StarClan honours or bravery, and skills.

*Dreamstar nodded, and continued, though she was shaking ferociously at making these two mysterious cats warriors.*

Everpaw, from this moment you shall be known as Everlight! StarClan honours your passion, and skills.

*Dreamstar nodded. The clan could see how badly shaken she was, and for the second time, chanted the warriors names nervously.*

Bluegaze! ... Everlight! ... Bluegaze! ... Everlight!

*Bluegaze sighed angrily. He looked to see that Everlight felt the same. This wasn't what was supposed to happen. Not this, not ever. Bluegaze shook his head, and let Everlight guide him to the center of camp.*

Three....Uhhhh..... Two Warriors(UPDATE)

I,Dreamstar, leader of LakeClan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down upon these apprentices. They have trained hard to learn the ways of you noble code, and I give
them to you as warriors in turn.

Cottonpaw, Foxpaw and Bluepaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and protect and defend your clan even at the cost of your life? [ says I do]
Then by the powers of StarClan I grant you your warrior names!

Foxpaw, from this moment you shall be known as Foxfang. StarClan honors your strength!

Cottonpaw, from this moment you shall be known as Cottonpelt. StarClan honors your love!

Bluepaw, from this moment you shall be known as....

 *Dreamstar looked down at Bluepaw. Everpaw was sitting near by. Eyes flashing worriedly. the clan started to murmur in confusion. Dreamstar shook her head.*

Oh, sorry, sorry. Bluepaw, from this moment you will be known as...

*Dreamstar shook her head.*

I-I'm sorry. I need to think. I'm sorry. I will hold this meeting again later. I-i'm sorry Bluepaw.

*Dreamstar nodded as the cats looked worried. they stareted to chat nervously.*

Foxfang! ... Cottenpelt! ... Foxfang! ... Cottonpelt!

*Bluepaw stood eyes wide. His sightless eyes covered with pain and anger. Bluepaw shook his head. Foxfang and Cottonpelt came over to him and comforted him.*

Don't worry Bluepaw! You'll have your warrior name soon!

*Foxfang piped in. Bluepaw nodded absentmindedly. Then, he heard a warrior come up.*

Foxfang, Cottonpelt! You're supposed to be keeping a silent vigil right now! Bluepaw will do his whenever he gets his warrior name!

*Bluepaw shivered and sighed. He heard his siblings sit down crossly. he wondered when he would get his warrior name. Why would Dreamstar do this to him!? Then he felt a tail touch his shoulder. His head snapped up, and his sightless blue eyes stared in the direction the tail came from.*

Come on. It's cause of the prophecy. Don't worry.

*Bluepaw nodded with sorrow. He followed Everpaw to the fresh-kill pile, and waited for Dreamstar to give him his warrior name.*

*Bluepaw sat in the entrance to the apprentices den with envy. He knew Foxfang and Cottonpelt were sitting out there, on guard. Tomorrow, they would be sleeping in the warriors den. He would have to sit by himself. He fluffed out his pelt to protect himself from the cold Leaf-bare air. Though, it was warm during the day, it was freezing at night. Bluepaw sighed. he should be a warrior too. But Dreamstar didn't give him his warrior name! Bluepaw sat up, and dragged himself back to his nest. They had to clean it out soon, but hopefully he would be a warrior by then! Bluepaw closed his sightless eyes and drifted in and out of sleep.*

Monarch of Glory-Part 7

Dreamstar padded out of her den, with Ripplestar and the other tom following. She jumped onto the LakeRock, and was about to cal the clan together, when she realized that all were in the clearing. There were gaps in the walls in some places, and cats worked busily on them. Widening and strengthening the camp. She nodded.

"Cats of LakeClan! Ripplestar, and his deputy, Quivershadow, have come here because Ripplestar shall be joining LakeClan!"

Most cats gasped in anger, but some only nodded, as if in saying "finally".

"There are very important reasons why he is joining, not just because he is my mate...more then that! he needs to be here!"

The cats murmured amongst one another.

"But he might very well leave someday! he has important matters for being here, and if he decides that after these matters are sorted out, he wants to go back to his own clan and lead again, Quivershadow shall let him be leader again! Ripplestar and Quivershadow are going to their meeting place, the MoonValley so Quivershadow can receive his nine lives, and become Quiverstar. And so Ripplestar can give up his nine lives, and become Rippleblaze once again. But if he does decide to leave, he will become Ripplestar once more, and Quivershadow will go back to being deputy until Ripplestar's final breaths..."

Dreamstar nodded.

"They shall be back tomorrow. Probably a bit after Sun-high. Ripplestar shall be fully welcomed here. That is all!"

Dreamstar jumped down off of the LakeRock and spoke a few words to Ripplestar and Quivershadow, before they left for the MoonValley.

BEFORE THE MEETING....IN DREAMSTAR'S DEN

Dreamstar's eyes widened as Ripplestar said his fate.

"W-why?"

Dreamstar stuttered and looked back and forth between Quivershadow and Ripplestar. Ripplestar nodded again.

"I need to be here. I was almost told to be here....to protect you and this clan. I received a prophecy."

Her mouth opened wide in shock, and she could barely whisper, let alone speak.

"What was the prophecy about?"

Ripplestar had to strain to hear what Dreamstar said, but he understood.

"This is the exact prophecy...

The Clover darkens over the light, so bright. Dreams fade into the Dewdrops of blood, and only a Ripple of life may save the Dreams.

When the sun diminishes, all life will live, if saved."


Dreamstar's eyes blanked out. What did it mean? Ripplestar defiantly needed to be here. She knew that Dream was her, and Ripple was Ripplestar. But what about the rest? She was about to ask when Ripplestar shook his head.


"I have not yet figured it out yet. I shall ask my, well soon to be Quivershadow's, medicine cat, Featherblaze, you remember him, right? Oh right, back tot eh subject. I will ask him when we head back to camp to get strengthening herbs for our journey to the MoonValley."


Dreamstar nodded. he must know that she would have said yes. She was about to talk, when Ripplestar continued to talk.

"Featherblaze recently got an apprentice. Dewpaw. She's very good. Oh, and you should announce this to your clan...We'll be back tomorrow probably a bit after Sun-high."

Dreamstar smiled, forgetting what she was going to say, and padded out of her den with Ripplestar and Quivershadow following.

I am going to be doing A LOT of changes on this blog, trying to fix the saving problem. So, all pictures will be completely messed up while I do this. Do not worry though. Pray that it works! :(

Monarch of Glory-Part 6

*Dreamstar half limped in with the cats who had gone to the gathering. She jumped onto the LakeRock, steadying herself, so she didn't fall into the shallow hole.*

All cats old enough to catch their own prey, gather here beneath the LakeRock for a clan meeting!

*Cats padded out of their dens, and sat down.*

Everything went fine at the gathering. Some leaders got into a small, small fight, but it was soon sorted out! Other then that, everything was fine!

*Dreamstar's eyes glinted as she remembered how petalstar was acting.*

Petalstar is sick, but she will be fine. We will not take advantage of this.

*Dreamstar smiled, and thought of who could be Darkpaw's and Faithkit's real father, because Rockstorm totally wasn't. Petalstar re-acted too suspicious and jerky for Rockstorm to be the father.*

We shall send out hunting patrols and border patrols. Also, I want all mentors to train their apprentice's battling moves! We need to be ready in case their is an attack. The rebuilding is going good, and remember, don't open too many walls at a time, that could be very bad.

*The LakeClan cats nodded, and muttered to each other. Dreamstar nodded, and was about to dismiss the clan, when a warning yowl was heard. Dreamstar looked to the entrance of the den to see Smokesun, Driftbreeze, Pinedapple, Thornbranch, and Snowleaf, came in. They were surrounding two cats, and didn't open up until they reached the bottom of the LakeRock. Smokesun hissed.*

 I think this is for you Dreamstar.

*The cats parted, and pushed forward Ripplestar, and another tom. Ripplestar shot the warriors a look, before he licked his chest fur.*

Dreamstar, if we may talk to you in your den.

*Ripplestar dipped his head. Dreamstar lifted her head and thought for a moment.*

Yes, follow me.

*Dreamstar nodded and leaped off of the LakeRock.*

Meeting dismissed!

*Dreamstar padded into her den and heard murmurs spreading through the LakeClan cats.*

*Dreamstar settled into the moss on the ground and nodded for Ripplestar and the other tom to sit.*

Why have you come?

*Ripplestar nodded.*

This is my deputy, Quivershadow. We have come, because I wish to join your clan...

Monarch of Glory-Part 5

Ripplestar sat on the Mossledge, and looked at his clan. Cats were sharing tongues, and coming in from Sunset patrols. He sighed and shook his head. It was the gathering, and now he had to make his choice. But what if Dreamstar still didn't allow him? What then? Ripplestar sighed and spotted his deputy, Quivershadow, organizing Moon-high patrols. Dovefall had died in a battle shortly after she had been made deputy. Quivershadow was the best choice for deputy, and he was an excellent deputy. Someday, hopefully, Quivershadow would be leader. Maybe tomorrow, maybe on Ripplestar's final breath. Ripplestar saw Quivershadow look over to Ripplestar, and smile faintly. Quivershadow was already pretty much leader. Ripplestar didn't do much, he was always too lost in thought to think about his clan. He could be Rippleblaze again, protect Dreamstar with his single life.

"Quivershadow, may I speak to you?"

Ripplestar called to Quivershadow, and jumped off the Mossledge to his den under the Mossledge. He heard Quivershadow pad in, and Ripplestar turned to face him.

"What do you think I should do Quivershadow? You know I love Dreamstar, and I want to be with her..."

Ripplestar looked away. He looked up to see Quivershadow smiling slightly.

"Follow your heart. I can not make your decisions for you. If you leave, we will miss you, and understand your choice, but I promise to be a good leader."

Ripplestar smiled at Quivershadow. Quivershadow was always so wise, and knew exactly what to say, at any given moment. Quivershadow would make a great leader. Ripplestar smiled.

"Thank-you Quivershadow. You have helped me greatly..."

Quivershadow nodded, and took those words as a dismissal, so he left the den. Ripplestar tucked his paws under him, and looked around. If he left, would he miss his den? He didn't know if he would like to be crowded again in the Warrior's Den. Ripplestar sighed and closed his eyes, hoping to find an answer in his dreams....

Ripplestar opened his eyes. He was in small clearing, light barely coming through. He looked around to see a cat padding over to him. Ripplestar's eyes widened with joy, and he padded over to nuzzle the StarClan cat.

"Reedstar, why have you visited me?"

Reedstar stared at Ripplestar like he hadn't heard a word he said.

"The Clovers darkens over the light, so bright. Dreams fade into the Dewdrops of blood, and only a Ripple of life may save the Dreams."

Ripplestar stared at Reedstar blankly. 

"W-what is that supposed to mean Reedstar?!"

Reedstar shook his head, and slowly turned around, and padded away. But before he went back into the undergrowth, he looked back at Ripplestar.

"When the sun diminishes, all life will live, if saved."

Reedstar nodded, and then padded away, leaving Ripplestar trembling where he stood. 

Ripplestar woke in his den gasped for breath. He looked around, the words echoing in his head. He had made his choice, and would tell his clan soon enough....
