Hey, Nestflame. I wanted to tell you I think I need to go to the MoonCave. I'm bringing Rippleblaze.
*Nestflame nodded, and looked up from the poultice he was making for one of the queens.*
Okay Dreamstar. See you soon. Let me make a poultice for Rippleblaze.
*Dreamstar nodded, and waited. He quickly whipped up a poultice, and gave it to Dreamstar to bring to Rippleblaze. Dreamstar nodded a thanks, and then went to find Rippleblaze.*
*When she found him, and he was finished eating the poultice, they headed out. She followed the familiar route to the MoonCave, remembering the first time she had went. It was so... mystical. They padded in silence, stopping once to let Rippleblaze hunt for himself, then they continued.*
*Finally, they got to the MoonCave. Dreamstar looked into the stream, and narrowed her eyes when no pebbles shined. She was about to leap over the stream, when she heard an apprentice's voice in her head.*
Leaders will not go to the MoonCave now... go find the MoonCrest... it's not that far away. You'll know it, when you see it.
*Dreamstar stumbled back, and started to run towards where her heart took her. Rippleblaze followed behind, wondering why she had suddenly started to run. She skidded to a halt at the bottom of a hill/mountain, and looked at a small, overgrown path. She started to walk on it, going all the way to the top...
When she got there, she gasped. Small roses were growing at the side. She faintly heard Rippleblaze panting behind her. She walked forward, picked a petal, and placed it in the pool. She lied down, and placed her nose on the petal, and was swept to StarClan. Her body went still, like she was losing a life, then she started to breathe again.
She woke up in StarClan, to see Cloudriver's grim face.
"Dreamstar... I have something to tell you..."
Dreamstar woke up a little while later. Her eyes sad.
"Come on Rippleblaze... let's go back to camp."
Then, they padded back to camp, with those words ringing in her head.
"Dreamstar... I have something to tell you..."
This only proved that her thoughts were true. That what she knew would happen, is going to happen.
